1) How do I place an order with you?
You can order using our online shopping cart system, or by calling us or faxing us. If you call or fax us, please be sure to include the following:

1. Item number and description.

2. Collection name and design.

3. If custom order, you will need to fax or e-mail the brand, logo, etc.

2) How will I be billed? / How can I pay for my order?
We use PayPal for our online orders, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Amercian Express. We also accept money orders, cashier checks, and personal checks.

3) How will I be billed for shipping?
You will charged shipping based upon the total price of the order.

Under $100 - $15.00
$100.01 to $200 - $20.00
$200.01 to $500 - $40.00
$500.01 to $1000 - $50.00
$1000.01 to $2000 - $70.00
Over $2000 - $100

4) What is your return policy?
Not applicable

5) What happens if a product is out of stock or on back order?
We will notify you.

6) How long does it take to receive an order?
For inventory on hand - 4 to 6 weeks

For custom orders - 8 to 10 weeks

7) Will I be charged sales tax?
All Kansas residents will be charged sales tax.

8) How can I have my brand put on an item?
You will need to draw (exactly how it's to look) the brand or send a picture by fax or e-mail.

9) How do I contact the company?
